Can I cancel my order before it ships?

All sales are final, we do not accept order cancellations. If you are on a subscription, you will have the ability to cancel your subscription after your first order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Is shipping free?

All subscriptions include free shipping!

Can you send a replacement if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you would like package protection, you must manually add Route to your order at checkout and to each upcoming subscription order. Here's how to add Route to your subscription each month:

  1. Login to your account (or create an account if you haven't yet)
  2. Click the Next Order tab
  3. Click Manage Next Order
  4. Click + Add Item and add Route
  5. Click Confirm

If Route is not added to your order, glōci is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages and cannot ship a replacement product. Claims will need to be taken up with the carrier who delivered the package. We are actively working on solutions to automate this very soon, thank you for your understanding!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Our Skin + Gut works best when taken daily, and as with any other new habit, consistency is key and results don't happen overnight. If you need to skip or cancel your order, you can easily do so at any time by managing your preference in your account. We also send you email reminders before our order ships.

What comes in my monthly subscription?

Your first month shipment includes a 30 count box and a free stainless steel water bottle with free shipping.

Your second month + ongoing shipments include a 30 count box shipped monthly with free shipping.

How often should I take glōci Skin + Gut?

We recommend two sticks per day for best results, but one stick will still give you great benefits.

Is your product 3rd party tested?

Yes. We also test for lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic.

Do you use clinically studied ingredients?

Our Probiotic DE111(R) is clinically studied.

What are the ingredients?

Probiotic DE111, Hyaluronic Acid, Prickly Pear Powder, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium, Coconut Water Powder, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Flavor, Rice Hulls, Monk Fruit Extract, Natural Mint Flavor. Why Rice Hulls? We wanted to choose a natural anti-caking agent. Most companies use artificial ingredients and chemicals for this. Because of our choice to go with a natural ingredient, some caking may still occur, but the product is still just as effective. Be sure to mix a little extra in order to dissolve.
