All sales are final, we do not accept order cancellations. If you are on a subscription, you will have the ability to cancel your subscription after your first order ships.
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at support@getgloci.com

If Route is not added to your order, glōci is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages and cannot ship a replacement product. Claims will need to be taken up with the carrier who delivered the package.

If you need to skip or cancel your order, you can easily do so at any time by managing your preference in your account. We also send you email reminders before our order ships.
