Can I cancel my order before it ships?

All sales are final, we do not accept order cancellations. If you are on a subscription, you will have the ability to cancel your subscription after your first order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. Our Skin + Gut works best when taken daily, and as with any other new habit, consistency is key and results don't happen overnight. If you need to skip or cancel your order, you can easily do so at any time by managing your preference in your account. We also send you email reminders before our order ships.

We recommend two sticks per day for best results, but one stick will still give you great benefits.

What are the ingredients?

Probiotic DE111, Hyaluronic Acid, Prickly Pear Powder, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium, Coconut Water Powder, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Flavor, Rice Hulls, Monk Fruit Extract, Natural Mint Flavor. Why Rice Hulls? We wanted to choose a natural anti-caking agent. Most companies use artificial ingredients and chemicals for this. Because of our choice to go with a natural ingredient, some caking may still occur, but the product is still just as effective. Be sure to mix a little extra in order to dissolve.
